Anugrah Makmur Lestari (AML) General Contractor was established in 2013. The current director and contractor, Ivan Hutaya, previously had experience following in his parents' business footsteps who also worked as a leading contractor in Semarang and its surroundings since 1987.

Starting from a small scope of activity unit that serves construction and renovation projects by adhering to the principle of always working hard, being disciplined and employing the best personnel so that over time it has developed into one of the advanced construction industries.

Over the years, we have built a solid track record and a strong reputation for reliability in infrastructure, steel construction, concrete construction, and other construction projects, with a long list of work experience and satisfied clients. Surveyor

Conducted to understand existing conditions, ensure the accuracy of technical data, and determine project requirements precisely.

Before starting work in the field, AML General Contractor implements a planned and measured pre-construction process, including:

Bill of Quantities (BoQ)

Prepare detailed cost estimates based on survey results and working drawings, to ensure efficiency and budget transparency.

Superimpose

Combining architectural and structural designs in a 3D model to ensure technical compliance, minimize the risk of errors, and facilitate coordination during the implementation phase.
